Please find below some questions to questions we receive often. This is just a guide and shall you need more information please email us at orders@sweetcreationstexas.com. We will be more than happy to answer any questions you may have!

Q: How much do cookies cost?

Q: Is there a minimum order?

A: Yes. The minimum order is 12 cookies or 2 dozen mini cookies.

Q: Is there a deposit?

A:  Yes we will charged a deposit of $30 for most orders to be paid via Venmo to either Jill or Kelsie. If your order is less than $30 we will discuss the deposit with you beforehand. If the order is more than $100 we will require a bigger deposit.   IMPORTANT: We do not put you on our calendar until we receive the deposit please pay within 2 days of receiving the quote other wise you may lose your spot.

If your order is cancelled 10 or more days before the pick up date you will receive a full refund via Venmo. If you cancel within 10 days of pickup  you forfeit  your deposit. 

The reason we require a deposit is that time is spent preparing for your order and sometimes we have to go out and buy supplies specifically for your order.

Q: How do I pay for the rest of my order?

A: We will arrange with you will your ordered is confirmed :)

Q: How much notice do you need?

A: 2 weeks notice please, but the more notice the better. The more time you give us the more likely we will be able to fit you in our schedule. If the order is placed with less than 2 weeks notice we will charge an expedite fee of $5.00 per dozen. Please keep in mind that holiday time we tend to book up rather fast!

Q: How do I get my cookies?

A: You will pick up your cookies from either Rosenberg, Texas or Richmond, Texas. We will arrange this with you via email when placing your order.

Q: Do you ship cookies?

A: No, we do not ship our cookies.

Q: What flavor do you use for the cookies?

A: We use a basic vanilla or almond flavor for the sugar cookies. The icing can be flavored either vanilla or lemon.

Q: Do you offer gluten fee?

A: Not as of now, but we are working on it.

Q: Do you offer classes?

A: Yes, classes are available. Message us for pricing and details.
